Harav Benny ElonHarav Benny Elon studied at Yeshivat Merkaz Harav and the Kolell Haidra in the Golan Heights before receiving rabbinic ordination in 5738.
He served as rabbi of Kibbutz Shluchot, Jewish Agency Shaliach to student organizations in North America, taught in Machon Meir and Yeshivat Ateret Cohanim. In 5750 he founded Beit Orot and served as its Rosh Yeshiva throught 5756.
He later founded the Tov Ro'i Institute in whose framework he edited and published the commentary of Rav Avraham Yitzchak Kook on many Talmudic tractates.
He founded "Sifriyat Beit El" together with his wife, Emunah.
